Carla's had a super busy year, starting the year off badly after splitting up from her husband Peter on Boxing Day 2023.

She didn't have much time to feel sorry for herself though as Rob Donovan's son Bobby turned up and soon moved in with Carla.

It was one thing to another as Carla then fought to save her much-loved friend Roy and get him out of prison after wrongly being accused of murdering Lauren Bolton.

Once Roy was eventually released, Carla found an unlikely friend in the detective that arrested him in the first place - DS Lisa Swain.

With Lisa saving her from numerous attacks, and being there for her at her hours of need, Carla was left taken aback by the obvious sparks flying.

After Carla decided to finally make her move, she was victim to a robbery at the factory where she was hit on the head and suffered a bleed on the brain.

Fortunately, she made a recovery. And some good came out of all this bad as she finally got into a relationship with Lisa after months of dancing around their feelings for each other.

With Carla having had a busy year, she's definitely been in her fair share of episodes in 2024.

Dating from January 1st - December 31st, Carla Connor is expected to have appeared in 145 episodes of the soap in 2024. But, what new drama will greet Carla in 2025?
