Sharon Marshall Spills All On Swarla!

Every Tuesday, Soap Queen Sharon Marshall takes a seat on the iconic This Morning sofa, giving viewers the weekly gossip about their favourite soap.

Today, Sharon opened the soap segment with Corrie, and more specifically, with fan-favourites Carla Connor and Lisa Swain. Sharon stated it was "what everyone needs to know about" - and she is definitely correct, as 'Swarla' is dominating our social media feeds at the moment.

Sharon Marshall stated that "everyone is wanting them to get them together" before proceeding to show viewers a spoiler clip for Friday's upcoming episode, when a hungover Lisa wakes up Carla's sofa.

In the clip, we see Lisa ask Carla if she can stay on her sofa whilst Carla goes to work, and Carla agrees. The chemistry between the pair is electric, which is clearly noted by This Morning hosts Dermot O'Leary and Cat Deeley.

Cat Deeley asks Sharon Marshall if Swarla will get together. In response to this, Sharon states it will be a slowburn, Carla has not been with a "lady" and Swain is struggling with the death of her late wife Becky, who sadly lost her life in the line of duty.

Marshall stated there will be "barriers" to their relationship, but she believes they will get there "eventually." Did Sharon Marshall just confirm Swarla will be on the cards? We will have to watch this space...

Dermot makes a joke with Sharon Marshall, suggesting the photo on screen of Carla and Lisa suggests the pair will get together, due to the close proximity of their shoulders. Well, Dermot, we Swarla fans have been speculating for a while now, so we sure hope you are correct!
